Japanese Ghost Stories

The fist story is about a blind musician who lives far away from us more than 700years ago.There was a great fight between two people-The Heike and the Genji at Japanese sea.All the Heike fighters died there with their women and children,and their child emperor.And the Heike ghosts have haunted that coast since that time.Hundreds years later,there lived a yound blind man named Hoichi.He was famous for performing poems and playing the biwa(a music).Then he learn the history of the battle,and he sing the song about the history of the Heike and the Genji.When he sang the song of Dan-no-ura,even the bad spirits cried.He lived in a temple with his best friend,a priest.His friend knows that he has the wonderful skills.The priest invited him to sang the song,and Hoichi accepted gratefully.One day,Hoichi disapper.The priest found him sit on a huge stone and sang the song.The ghost made a perform surrunding Hoichi.Then all the people sacred,the president of temple decied to save the Hoichi.They write Buddhist prayers on his body to protect his body.Because of careless by the little priest,they forgot to write the prayer in his ears.The ghost tried to find him buy just find a pair of ears.The ghost soldier cut his ears and come back to the Sea.Hoichi was soon better,with the help of a good doctor.The story of his strange adventure travelled all over the country,and made him famous.Many important people came to Akamagaseki to hear his perfomance.
Today you can still see and hear many strange things alone that coast.You can find strang fish-fish with Heike faces on their backs.
